Hey guys,Recently left my job to pursue real estate as a full-time gig.

Then come back and let's pick up where you left off.I'd bet Troy a steak dinner you don't follow thru on the challenge but I think he's smart enough not to take the bait. 

As a kid my brother and the other boys in my neighborhood would watch A-team and MacGyver because they realised that there was always component left out when they would construct their diversions and explosions.

Great he then proceeds with telling me who and where to send a letter of intend to buy, i put an offer based on recent sales of similar homes within that area this was about 10 business days ago which i know they received it cause the bank person called me July 31 as i had left him a message the day before to be on the lookout for the letter.

Since then I have left to go work for a low service broker who only takes a small cut of my commission and I am now a full time agent doing my own residential and commercial deals.

I have a lot left to learn, but that does nothing but motivate me.

I have 12K left over in my bank account right?

With one day left to spare in 2011, I got it!!
