I have just a few tips for this site and your starting journey into real estate investing.Advice for this site...1) Set up keywords for your area and interests so that you're notified when they're used and then start interacting networking with real estate people in your area2) Read through The Ultimate Beginner's Guide3) Go through applicable blogs and podcasts as there are a lot of great resourcesAdvice for REI...1) Study up on what you need to know/do for the 1st step and then do it, then repeat for all following steps until you have completed your first investment then repeat the process and keep learning.

Since I'm a beginner and have never owned any real estate, to get started seems scary and overwhelming especially since I'm looking at remote investing to start as opposed to locally where I can go take a look at the properties myself and physically interact with the real estate agents, building inspectors, lenders etc.

Start off by simply doing the following:1) Interact in the forum daily2) Read the the Guides under the Education tab3) Listen to the podcast - All of themBy doing those 3 things daily you will learn through osmosis alone.
