I thought maybe one of you can help me to understand if the following charge is reasonable (since for it sound way too much expensive): My property is vacant, and the bathroom tap was leaking, hence I asked the PM to shut off the valve. 

It contains 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms.

- Does the place have popcorn ceilings (8th picture, there is some texture on the ceiling) - Your hardwoods look god awful, like they need to be refinished, plus wood paneling -- yuck. (13th picture) - Probably one of the most dated kitchens I've ever seen (14th picture) - What appears to be a leak of some kind in the kitchen, top right (15th picture) - Drop ceiling...yuck (16th picture) - No pictures of bathrooms, but I bet they're a disaster.So lets recap -- this place needs a ton of work.

Of course, there are always other factors to consider i.e. cracked foundations, cost for deferred maintenance, cost to rehab if everything the kitchens and bathrooms were built in the 1940's, etc.

Hey everyone, I am currently looking at a property in Greensboro NC, it is a 3 bed 1 bath, we want to put a 2nd bathroom in there, nothing special just a normal run of the mill rental grade bathroom.

It has been closed for 12 years, but still contains a large walk-in cooler and some display shelving, and has no bathroom. 

I am updating the kitchen and bathroom in the unit I will be living in, which are the biggest bangs for your buck as far as appraisals and having good renters and rent prices go.

I was remodeling a bathroom with my brother last year and he damaged the tub.
