It will auto download bank and credit card purchases and learns to categorize them by property and expensive/income category after the first time. 

Downloaded my stuff from QB and quickly imported and now have everything in one place.

@Tom Keith I downloaded the apps and have been using them for about a week now.

@Sarnen Steinbarth I keep all my accepted tenant applications on a cloud drive (I am sure alot of landlords do the same), so it would definitely be a nice feature to download to a PDF.The process for publishing rentals and working with applications is not very intuitive.

It is also helpful if you downloaded the form and did not write it yourself.
