For example lets say you are gonna make $50k on this and the delta on taxes might be $7500 which that price if it is November 2025 when you have the delta in taxes recouped may not be worth it if home values are decreasing.

However if you only invest it in training, then at the end you have lost $50,000 and still don't own anything.There are a lot less inexpensive ways to learn about real estate in my opinion.Don't fall for any high pressure techniques from any guru.....the typical scenario is to go to a free 2-3 hour training session.

If you have loans on these with personal guarantees that also have your name on them then your two options really are sell the assets or buy them out -Which typically if it’s contentious will require 2-3 valuations - each party should get their own and if the numbers are not close then get an independent third party and average the numbers.
