What do you guys recommend for cash flow?

I had a guy come out today and offer to do it for $750Said he'd have to dig up some of the yard.1) what questions do i need to ask him or the city before awarding him the work?

I feel like I've got a pretty good handle on most aspects of rehabbing but I've been having issues finding a reliable company/guy who I can trust, and I'm really not sure what is a good price these days.Thanks in advance.

Hi guys,I know there are tons of discussion regarding getting a loan under your name and putting the title in your LLC.May be I am not looking hard enough but I can't seem to find how to do accounting in this situation.How would you bookkeep expenses (closing costs, property tax, mortgage interests, etc )?

Though I had a guy lay out a rooms worth of ungrouted/unthinset tile once when I was out of town to pretend he finished the floor to get a $$ draw from my husband.

What are you guys doing as far as just having a website hosted to display your vacation rental.
