Looking forward to become an investor full time joined BP a while ago, however just became a pro to take all of PRO member advantages, I can see that most of the BP members are focused on investing in the US (a few other investors from other regions).

Well fast forward and he had all the issues going not next door but at his house.

I am assuming most if not all plumbing would have to be replaced to make sure we don't have a problem going forward.

I want to build something that my children can be a part of as they get older and can be passed down to them.I am interested in networking with local realtors, lenders, contractors, attorneys, property managers and anyone else who can help me build a successful real estate business and in turn I help them as well.Looking forward to meeting everyone!

it sounds like you basically said move forward with the condo then sell it when necessary correct?

The same applies to this kind soul.This woman had an impact on those around her for a century, and because of her forward thinking she has the opportunity to have an impact for another century to come.   

This gives a reason to keep pushing the project forward to get the job done on time or earlier.
