If your boss came over to your house for any reason, asking him not to light up inside is pretty well accepted, asking him to take his shoes off, well, I can't imagine asking that of your boss nor what kind of nut he might think he hired.A little etiquette, I realize that Cali is known for having nuts out there, but it is considered bad manners to ask guests to take off their shoes, I know because it was on the Today show yesterday (LOL) so the host is to furnish them little booties to wear over their shoes or provide slippers/foot wear.

My wife and I moved into a 2007-built home in a newish (post-2000) subdivision about this time last year with the intent of staying there, but after being here for barely a year, the quality of construction (or lack thereof) is making us nuts.

No one likes to hear, no, don't do that to make money, but you also don't understand how many liars, cheats, con artists and unethical people there are dealing in RE, many not doing deals by themselves, but fishing others into some business operation feeding off newbies with programs or methods.All I can do is warn you and point you in the right direction, if you choose not to listen, so be it, listen to anyone you like and justify your actions anyway you like, your justifications don't mean squat in front of a judge or other professional types in RE.

And your correct I don't go fishing for these types of folks, a lender that does is pretty strange in my mind... but I have helped many many folks build monster portfolios with no cash out of their pockets. and I have helped many beginners over the years.. funded many first deals for folks.. so again your wrong there on your assessement of what I do.. and I never charge up front.
