Hey @Rebecca Maas - I own a small brokerage that is focused on working with investors and I think typically it's best to start working for one of the bigger firms like Coldwell Banker or Keller Williams mainly because of the training and support that they can provide you when you are getting started.We don't offer any real structured training but understand the investing and contracting world of Chicago a little bit better then your average realtor.  

I would have a very firm, NO BS talk with her.

I firmly believe everyone can teach you something, but also realize that there are various stages of life or your business. 

Our realtors brokerage firm already has a property management system in place for this type of rental so that seems like a great fit.

Innovative and unique to most property management firms, we advocate for owners/investors and are changing the face of property management.

I do feel that , stuck on learning and very eager to take some form of action.

Additionally, I recently obtained my real estate licence and became a new sales agent at a renown firm.
