You see it wasn’t until this experience that I learned how to FIGHT BACK con artist.

Trust me, fighting the IRS is an agonizing and excruciating process, even when you are 100% right.

Drugs, prostitution,  parties, fighting, you name it. 

I'm timing sales more than fighting to buy skinny returns.  

But, I'm a big fan of figuring out incentives up front, rather than fighting conflicting goals down the road. 

I will NOT quit my fight against these FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS.

and if there is you we'll have to act fast to get that person out because it's only going to get worse. it would take too long to tell my story of a roommate tenants fighting but I made the mistake not getting the first starter out right away  when the first violation or threat and acts of physical violence occurred.

.- Low Hassle tenants; few students are willing to take things to court and they tend not to fight decisions that the landlord has made.- Most college students have a financial plan for college and are able to pay rent every month.  

I love a good fight.

Fighting over a few bucks IMO just isn't worth the time.
