The outlet by their bed started sparking when her phone was plugged in, it ended up burning the outlet.

I think the burning car story is a bit far-fetched.

Carpets were stained with cigarette burns and dog pee, it looked like in the last couple months the dogs just peed inside in every room and the tenant made absolutely no effort to clean it up, it was caked and crusting... but the carpets were over a decade old anyways so I didn't shed any tears about replacing them.

Once I get a solid deal completed, and am nice and fat I start back at focusing on working out.

She does Brazilian Jui Jitsu, gymnastics, Mandarin classes, violin, piano, singing, art (she’s won money in that already) and of course general school homework,  so I don’t want to burn her out.
