I am incredibly excited and looking to get out of the rat race and I'd like to start utilizing real estate as my investment vehicle.I'm wondering if anyone could give me a couple of suggestions on this post.

I would suggest hanging your license with a brokerage that offers more hands on training when you first start out its worth it.

Let me be clear: I am a retired military veteran and I am not suggesting the military is not a sound career path or does not have its merits.

I suggest finding someone in your market who already is doing what you want to do, and talk to them about what entities they have in place.
