You’re not going to get many NCND’s executed on properties like these.......that’s just not how they’re sold......and with a legit contract you don’t need a NCND, unless of course you realize thar you likely can’t sell it before your contract expires.

Its not elitist, its a fact about the population andnits a fact about the work force that Amazon needs, and the entire reason they are seeking a second head quarters. 50,000 software engineers and business executives is a hard thing to find out if thin air. 2/3rds of the population have a bachelor's degree and 1/3 have a graduate degree, and it has the 2nd largest tech work force in the country.
