The voicemail says, "we will not respond to phone inquiries, please write to us and see the notices on the windows".The notices have a brief description of the house, specifically what is for rent, the address, and these instructions:"Write for an appointment: Limit writing to one page only; introduce your family, include your contact information; state your intended Use and Occupancy, Rent and Payment Period, and Term of stay; detail any special terms and conditions.

Litigation is a little easier to do broadly than transactional, in my opinion.One suggestion is to search for legal articles in the specific area that you are seeking because the attorney publishing an article in that area probably does know something about it (but not always).If you have trouble finding the right person for your sub-specialty, please feel free to email me with a description of what you are seeking and I can ask around.

The description states they will be discussing multifamily properties but it will probably be a good place to meet other investors and get information that is useful regardless of the type of property.

I declined being a guarantor so the GM will probably bring in some hard money to get the debt ratio to where a bank will not require a guarantor.I also sent him this link so he can see what others are saying about the deal..but left his name out of the discussion to "protect the innocent".I also want to clarify a mistake I made in the initial description.

Also, read the descriptions of listings in Waltham because most Agents will include in the write-up if its a "highly desirable" area of the town (most towns have sections that are more desirable than others), for example in Waltham you may see "Highly Desirable Cedarwood location".
