There is a lot of valuable information that Guru's disclose while pitching their product (Get good at reading between the lines).Once you have trained your brain the right way to think.Stay on BP be a resource and acquaint yourself with resources and you won't even realize that you have progressed because you will be busy acquiring prop # 3,4,5. 

I can name half a dozen ways to find and make deals just off the top of my currently beer in soaked brain.1:  I don't see anyone asking for seller financing right now.
