Electrician found the power had just gone out.To sum up...I do not feel like I've got a partner invested in my success (what I thought I was paying for) instead I feel like I am a captive customer to increase their revenue.Thoughts?

I helped him to prepare for multiple specific phone calls before they were made, anticipating the situation.I cheered him on when any small thing was done right.I showed him how devastating lack of skills and preparation were to both of us.I gave him a lot of training material.I made custom material and videos for his situations that he was facing.We brainstormed other ways he could improve and have fun at it (watching American movies for 'lingo')'Now, he's motivated every day.

We do a lot of analytics around customers who pay late, but always pay before 30 days past due. 

My custom google map filters, MLS drips, local broker who’s super responsive, local mentors, etc all allowed me to move quickly and aggressively.I did a full home inspection that cost me $680.

Since then I have held a couple different part time gigs while continuing to work as a Realtor.I have worked under a luxury custom home builder since 2013 learning what it takes to build homes in the booming DFW market.

I think the customer today cares more about the story and is willing to pay for it.... be it hotels, food, drinks, whatever.

I actually bought your book a while ago then put it down because I am not a huge reader but I have picked it up again and have decided to dedicate at least a half hour a day of reading this book and the rehab book after this.

Difference is that customers of Uber are NYC residents who vote while customers of Airbnb are visitors who don't, and Uber drivers earn a full time employment living while Airbnb hosts earn a few extra bucks when they leave town (exception for the businesses set up as Airbnb marketers).  

you can export by city, zip, area code, etc...all for free without having to buy report...once you have your criteria, click on purchase list, then there will be a tab to purchase partial list, then select custom, then choose export and it will email a cvs that you can sort in excel, etc.  

Or are they custom builder types that are going to cost out around $60 to 70 an hour?
