Jan 31st they've agreed to do move-out inspection, security deposit will be released less any deductions, by mail and include statement and deduction receipts, within 30 days of the lease termination date. 

If  you had quality finishing work but, picked dated and dark looking finishes I have seen them influence an appraisal.

@Jackie Cramer  I  would tell her that ideally you would like to end the lease on its current date but would be willing to go an extra few weeks as you understand there is alot for her to do.
