It seems like Zillow, Apartments.Com, etc. have made it really hard to cross-post and are trying to drive you to use their platform as a single solution.I used to use Cozy.com and LOVED it. 

Fortunately I love research and crossing T's and dotting I's, so I know how to suss out properties and qualify them for my cash paying Cana buyers.

If so, you could lower the bedroom count on either side and make each unit a stronger medium- or long-term rental that would entice a wider tenant pool.

Since you are receiving the gift, there is nothing for you to declare.Otherwise, probably to make it clean you would have 4 separate transactions, each person to each person criss-crossing..
