Kevin Hi thats a Great Question if I was you i would check in your area an see if you see Bandit Signs in your area an see if they last a week or more or if the they take it down on Sunday's some places they will fine you.You can join your Local REIA Club an network you will get an answer of what works an doesn't an yes they are great for getting Buyers an Sellers but i would recommend checking with your Local Housing agency Hopefully that helps You Good Luck.

How many real estate clubs have I attended where someone will hand me a business card containing the word "Lender," who is not licensed, regardless of whether they also use the term Private or Hard Money. 

We were fortunate to have an Army Captain and family move in to the house below.  

And the very sad thing here -- we are rendering higher education affordable for some of the most gifted, yet least financially fortunate, kids in this nation.

Most of the replies were "goto REI clubs and network".  

It makes me literally angry that more people do not understand the power of real estate and other "alternative investments" (hate that term) I can make more than 7% in my lending club account with auto pilot on and I now consider this a moderate return.

With this being said, i want to expand my circle and meet people everyday but i feel that doing that, specially as an adult, is looked down upon and it feels "weird" walking up to people in random places so what i want to do is join organizations or clubs but MeetUp seems a bit limited in my area...
