They used to have a code that made it easy to access but now they have a scanniing device and key bar code that gives entry and is changed often.Just ask for a listing of everything on the market over 6 months old etc.

A bunch of chit-chat isn't required to get them to sellFocus on solving their problem and you will get more deals than if you just tried standard tips and techniques.I'm not a social worker.
