Plus Alameda is a liquification zone for earthquakes I believe, and they have a "rent mediation board" for substantially increased rents (although not explicit rent control and not sure how often invoked.)I'm a big fan of Oakland, but prices are getting hot.

Almost every retainer client we have does their own originations and their own servicing because they are fully licensed as lenders, have a compliance management system in place, and have built legal operations for origination and servicing.You are also correct that the use of an outside MLO - often touted as an answer on this board - does not eliminate the problems of those engaged in lending money for the purchase of manufactured homes.

I was wondering why you didn't like a quote that was completely in line with your subject line, much of your post, and your closing.Emailing (what I like to call carpet bombing) the c-suite, board, and chief counsel can make things move along quite nicely when you get stalled at lower levels.
