The one that tops it for me is when the largest house I manage (5 bedrooms, 12 guests, average $650/night in high season) became infested with bedbugs in the middle of summer.

There seems to be a large number of people, including celebrities fleeing California, specially those living in LA and San Francisco, but I'm curious to see if maybe some of these people will be moving to San Diego instead of leaving California.Let me know what your thoughts are.

Filters get changed every 3-4 month but before winter and summer it’s tye must.I change the filter once a year because most tenants would rather breathe dirty air than spend $10.
