Anything wrong with scanning it to a pdf file and carrying it on a geek stick?

You won't be able to carry more than two government backed owner occupied house (low rates low down) at the same time AND it has to make sense on paper.

Docusign is the gold standard....works great...probably cheaper knock offs out there, but maybe not a place you want to go cheap.

We could see them carrying items to the chute, and see the items (time synced) when they hit the bottom, which is where they initially got stuck.

Now add in the $ relocating from Wall Street into Main Street via the "Gold Rush" in SFR funds happening today.

The PPM is technical, lengthy (often more than 100 pages) and carries legal jargon and disclaimers that would pretty much scare anyone out of investing.
