Hi @Jd Martin,I haven't seen the algorithm, but when I see something that is "updated overnight," I read it in part as  giving weight to "who had a very contributory day." 

Exactly what @wayne brooke said. if there was no building codes back then, it was built legally, there was nothing to hold its grounds on, or there was no governing body to say the build was ok or not. 

I managed to scrounge up enough money and had a mentor to help guide me, so my knowledge/money/support side was firmly weighted towards the last two, and mostly the third since my mentor is awesomely knowledgeable.
