Just general experience that they pretty never cover 100% of what "I" want, and ALWAYS have "too many clicks" or an interface that doesn't work for me...For what its worth, setting up Excel for this isn't that bad.

HI Nicole, You can always open a line of credit for the property, since this will be your primary you'll be able to get up to 90% LTV if needed.
