If you really want to start in Tax Liens instead of deeds, then pick a state and an area that you know well or visit often.

I have read a number of books, visited websites, and watched a ton of videos I have been studying real estate for the past year and believe it is time for me to dive in and the Tacoma/Seattle area looks to be a great place to start.
