I have not fallen victim to a lending scam, but I am amazed about how many loans I have run across that have gone bad and the investors lost money in those.

It has many upgrades, a pool, and the kitchen is amazing. 

If Atlanta does not post something on their city government website, and you do not know of anyone to ask in your community, perhaps look for some Atlanta-based investors in the amazing orbit of Bigger Pockets.

It's amazing what people will tell and reveal if you just let them.

I've been fortunate enough to connect with some AMAZING & experienced people (who have proven themselves to be reliable, trustworthy, honest, and EVERYTHING that I'd want from an associate [living by the Golden Rule]) -- via BP, CI, Craigslist, and more!!!!  

I found a beautiful plot of land in northern Kentucky with an amazing view of the city, this question is super generic and depends on a lot of factors but:how much does it cost to build a 3 story 5000sq ft building that's not a killer for insurance with balconies?!

It's amazing how pro investors are just happy to help people that are just starting out, and even help other investors (new or old) find and close deals.

And of course, you can find some amazing seafood places throughout the area.
