I personally moved to Little Village to get started in real estate because the prices were low and I could handle the crime and quality of life here (tons of amazing Mexican food helps too).I think Garfield Park is going to be an area that actually sees some decent growth, but the crime rate in the neighborhood is going to slow that down for a while.

Then she repeated herself several times and ranted some more about people wanting m'effers in all these neighborhoods to give their GD property away, and how they (we) don't give an f about anybody or anything, and asked me if I'm white or Mexican or (insert slur for Mexican from Mexico) or whatever the f. :) Good times!

Such as water parks, exterior insurance and maintenance, manned guard gates, sometimes cable and internet, usually water utility, sometimes a sundries shop and/or restaurant at the pool, etc.. they're expensive usually, but if you are marketing correctly, you should be able to go way beyond the cost of ownership.
