Even concrete floors can be cut and polished, so with the correct tools to cut the surface back I'd assume this could be repaired as well.

In general, the middle and south of the country drags about three years behind the coasts, too.But even if you're downmarket, watch the trends that stick and that disappear on the cutting edge of the coasts to know what you need to be doing to stay ahead of becoming out of style.

I also don't care about the employment history either because if they get lose their job or get their hours cut they simply send an email to me and the Housing Authority and the housing authority starts covering 100% of their rent until they get another job. 

It is not like land is in some high demand where it sells quickly and dealing with land is a very specialized field since there are thousands of issues that need to be ironed out before a lot sells e.g. nobody wants to buy a lot where you can't build what you want on the lot because the last blue butterfly in the world lives in a bush on the lot, or the lot is on an earthquake fault, or there is the county will not let you build a structure on the lot more than 10 feet tall, or you cannot cut down a 100-year old tree right where you want your building to go and the list goes on and on.

The power and all other utilities are off, grass not cut (we had it cut twice) and cobwebs are covering all points of entry.

Capital goods/improvements like appliances, mechanical, flooring, a roof, siding , driveway, etc will have their own schedules as mentioned, but the building depreciation is straight line and easy.  

Understanding this is a Real Estate forum, I am hoping that someone could point me in the right direction to a loan officer who would be able to assist me in refinancing my loan, helping me cut the interest in half.
