We are a single RE investor but the murder/suicide would make no difference to us. 

My husband is a 100% service-related disabled Army veteran and we are looking to purchase our first home in the Dallas Fort Worth area within the next 3-6 months.

I focus on Richmond and Columbia counties, but across the river in Aiken and Edgefield county SC we are also seeing similar activity.

Hey All,We are novice investors who have flipped 2 houses but want to get into rentals.

My background is in predevelopment, I have over 8+ years experience in permitting (residential), surveying (platting),  some commercial real estate, marketing and I'm also a real estate photographer, so I'm very knowledgable in those areas and wear many hats, but I'm clueless when it comes to the areas that follow after development.
