Probably just see a combination of solutions as we add more and more people....Dallas/DFW we're adding about 50,000 people a month last I heard.

@Ari Lagunas I would chose the 95% OO loan over the higher FHA LTV due to fha sustainability rules (applies for more than 2 units), fha stringent criteria regarding condition, and fha rules regarding PMI.  

When you 'cross' that with 'having been homeless' it makes me think of someone grasping at straws who is desperate for a solution.  

I appreciate the advice, because of the low availability in this area for multifamily homes with separate units, I thought room rentals could be a solution.
