Where is the best place to purchase rental appliances such as; dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves?

As long as you don't put in a real stove, you're not even dodging regulations -- like AirBnbs that have a microwave and an installed two-burner "hotplate" in the countertop and a frozen-pizza sized toaster oven.

The built-in microwave no longer heats the food.

Some have mounted or free-standing microwaves.

Rooms are large and currently have a 1 or 2 beds, mini fridge, microwave, and sitting area, and I would keep a similar set up, maybe adding a full size fridge and small table with chairs. 

Bought a 4-piece all-electric Samsung set, which includes the French door refrigerator with bottom freezer, range, OTR microwave, and dishwasher.

I put EVERYTHING in the house....washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, living room furniture with end tables, and complete bedroom sets for all bedrooms (no sheets or blankets) pictures and decorations, window coverings, etc.

I had renters once whose children let the upstairs bathtub overflow and did some serious damage to the kitchen below, including the oven and microwave built-ins. 

This home features 2 plus bedrooms~ w/1st floor bedroom/office~ 1.5 baths~ Hardwood floors throughout~Freshly painted~ New vinyl flooring in the cozy eat in kitchen w/ new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove.

I require tenants to do an inventory and condition checklist upon move-in and the only things they could find throughout the whole house was a single closet door missing the door stop, one window screen with a small hole, and the light inside the microwave is burnt out.
