Man, @Chris Jackson you are an inspiration and I hope to one day replicate the success that you have created thus far.

Her rents would continue to go up, and instead of having an asset, she had become someone else's asset.I genuinely felt mortified that nobody had helped her understand the value of home ownership.

Those are the people who aren't discouraged but more over are inspired by the words, "You can't do that".

I am inspired to become an investor in Real Estate after reading The Millionaire Next Door several years ago and very recently, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor.

I am a structural engineer, registered in the state of NY, and having worked on new construction and renovations with small and large developers inspired me to take a leap of faith to become one of them.  

I did mention that I'm an inspiring investor and still looking to get my first deal.

I was inspired today by the most recent BP podcast, and as it states; I am training my self to think about "how  I can expedite  my goals to financial freedom VS making excuses and giving into fear and analysis paralysis.
