Other than it makes logical sense I actually ran a mathematical simulations and plotted the graphs where it mathematically shows at wht point, you brake even with the other poorly performing methods.Everything is intentbased.

That puts the brakes on the BRRRR train and would drain my capital after just a few renos.Perhaps I'm totally missing the point, but if you're only getting back your initial purchase investment, then that's not a BRRRR (at least as I've come to understand it).

The brake pad guy went cheaper on parts but really high on the labor.

She was the first person I was expecting to use COVID-19 as an excuse, so I'm glad it's just the 50 bucks.Felt good going into May and then ((screeching brakes)). 

I sometimes run things pretty close to the line when I find a good deal or 2, but sometimes apply the brakes for a year or so when I get top heavy in my line of credit. 

Agree that’s it’s so inflated that when other mom/pop or ppl at bars start talking about it, I’m pumping brakes on my purchases.

Each time I TRY to get out & find a deal, I find that either me not having ANY money, or bad credit puts the brakes on it!!
