We have no interest in contact data gathering, as that space has been well developed. 

We have been working in the affordable housing space for some time, and this allowed us to partner with the local community and provide a housing solution they need as their city continues to expand with new jobs they are successfully bringing to town.

I would have thought as a mod, you'd have access to that information. ?

I found what seemed to be a great property with a house for an STR and other space that I could expand for camping/RV sites and a barn that could be converted into a venue for events. 

During this time, tenant complained of cross contamination, claims got nail in foot while in kitchen - all the same time accessing these areas to take pictures etc.

.- My advice; however, is to work with a good mortgage broker as they often have access to more lenders (B or C lenders) that might be more flexible than the 5 big banks.- Finally where to buy: in general, ON, BC are expensive while AB, QC follows and other provinces, such NB, NS, PEI are much much more affordable.

The craziest part is they get paid when the deal closes so you get direct access to a super willing person to help through this process AMAZING. 

Finding another end lender that can underwrite based off actuals would add a lot of liquidity to the space. 

I’d suggest negotiating the furniture into the sale and then slowly swapping pieces later as you personalize the space.
