@Jerry Padilla Idk about this logic, I mean timeshares typically feature a lot of properties in sunny places and sexy beach locales, so I could easily see how the Poconos would be further down on the timeshare totem pole.

I’m back at it again December 2021 bought some more land, however I’m going through Escrow this time as it is Beach Front Land and I’m learning the way I should be buying land.

Most likely looking to invest in the beach/coastal communities in the Southeastern US and possibly also the mountain areas in Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina. 

The STRs with 20m population are beach area of San Diego (Mission Beach), we also had 2 STRs at Gulf Shores Alabama (no longer own these).  

There are beach towns like Ventura to consider.

Pockets I would suggest would be Miami Gardens close to the hard rock stadium, Hollywood, north Miami /north Miami Beach as well.
