They have great customer service and their online banking is extremely convenient.

However all leases have rent due on the first for our bookkeeping convenience.

In my experience, once you start examining operating statements you find that the expenses are conveniently low.

The turnkey approach of integrated services and convenience certainly has some merit to it (if you find a good provider).

If they want to sell for convenience and pocket less money that is fine with me but they should know how much that convenience is costing them.

I  just do craigslist. i don't put my phone number because i want to pre-screen via email. otherwise you will have calls whenever it is most convenient for the caller and that can be any time. 

Forcing tenants to drive to the bank or pay a fee for your convenience makes no sense when there are easy and free options for both landlord and tenant.
