I may actually get to start my investing career sooner than I imagined.

I have a successful full-time career investing in agriculture, water and renewable energy in California and Australia, but am also very interested in furthering my personal real estate portfolio.My brother introduced me to the world of Podcasts and I have been extensively listening to BP (which led me to this website) and also the Real Estate Guys. 

Quick backstory on me, I started my career in finance as a trader at Goldman Sachs.

Key to this statement which was very good by the way is that Commission is negotiated.. when I started my sales career in 1975..

I'm wanting to wait until I have around $50k-$100k built up before I start on my next stage of the investing career which is rehab and resell ( then eventually rentals).

I'd say you're career is still pretty interesting though.

My main reason is to get the education from the agent perspective and possibly a career option.
