I bought one similar, it was listed at 45k put in an offer at 25K ended at 30K bought it and had it rented in a week.

Since I want to start buying and hold, for the long term, Do I have to form an LLC before I buy anything or is better after I bought it?

For others, it's name brand to help credibility.
