What are your thoughts on how it will affect the Atlanta market and economy?

Too many get tunnel-vision of a singular investing strategy, and as markets change, they qualify the entire economy as “good” or “bad” based upon applicability unto that pre-selected strategy, vs taking the market economy as it is and referencing which strategy is of best fit for this time.

I think inflation and the economy is starting to scare folks from moving/upgrading.

Are you still actively doing flips with the economy shifting and if so, how does that effect how you run your #'s? 

Of course, it may change in the future should the economy change. 

It seems everyone is investing away from AK citing declining local economy but my knowledge at this point is limited.

Sometimes I ask them to get me more Section 8 leases for the stability and security of the guaranteed payment regardless of possible downturn in the economy.
