Based on other posts these tenants have given you trouble from the first moment you closed on the place.  

I had one lead I closed with last week that I had been reaching out to for over 2 years, called over 50 times, only took one time to reach at the right moment, and then it was just a matter of building rapport, seeing if we were a good fit.I've also had success calling Saturday around noonish.

Just because a company is a mega-unit landlord doesn't mean they (Curtis Investment Group) can't have a "doah" moment!
