On the "con" side, however, for resale value, it may be lower, and your pool of buyers will be more limited, as owner-occupants may not want to rent in a high rental area.Also for resale value, owner occupants take better care of their properties, so if tenant screening is weak or declining, that could affect the value of your home.

Also, to get the tagging to work, start typing @ and a few letters of the user name, then look for it to pop up on the bottom left of the screen.

I believe pads should be around 35% and POH's between 55-60% depending on age and how well you screen your tenants.

We live in Des Moines, we would be using a management company to run these and screen the tenants, the properties are in great condition, just some general painting and cleaning and they are good to go.

Hi Alex,I am a realtor with Bahia International Realty for their Tampa office, because we work with a lot of International Investors, this office has a separate Property management division.In case you haven't found a PM yet, Bahia Property Management does a great job in screening the Tenants, they have a full bilingual staff just for the Property Management.
