The other side of the coin is that the fall of the Turkish lira is the reflection of deep economic and political or not, which could have an influence of the value of your investment.I invest in countries where it's profitable but I also want to make sure that 1) I'm treated equally as the citizens of the country, 2) the risk of my property being confiscated or nationalized is limited and 3) I can repatriate home my rental income and the proceeds of the sale should I decide to sell.I would consider investing there if I'm satisfied that I can get all of that but I believe there are better places to invest right now.

On the one hand, it would have been great to pay what you owe, but on the other hand, I applaud that you learned very early in life what takes the vast majority of people a lifetime to learn.But now that everything is showing as satisfied, you are well on your way to better credit and prosperity in the future.

Yet almost nobody satisfies those requirements, as it's done on the cheap.

You could easily satisfy the substantial improvement requirement on doing really anything to this building as well as get historic tax credits!

@Alexander Flores Thanks for the feedback Flores, I was under the impression that FHA term/contract may ensure that PMI is collected until the owner/buyer has minimum of 20% on the property, Perhaps you had already satisfied this equity requirement before you refied?

While I don't have as much experience as some of the folks you'll see popping up in syndication related threads, I have dedicated myself to learning as much as I possibly can as quickly as I can, and so far I'm satisfied with my progress. 

If you satisfy both of those criteria, the deals will come along.  

You know you have been living for free for God knows how long and he is actually satisfying your mortgage.
