I’m 18 I’m a high school dropout and I’m looking into real estate I been writing down tips and I just began looking into this I know if I put my mind to it I can be successful Ik there going be set backs but I won’t let them get in the way and we are in stuck in the house I want to take this time to learn stuff about real estate I got rich dad poor dad it should come in saturday but what else should I do as I’m waiting

@Rich RamjatanThank you, well I called the city and found out it’ll most likely get approved but they asking for the planning to be submitted with the application so it can be approved.

IE how much should you be charging to cover all the things that could go wrong.)The bottom line is this is not a get rich quick business.
