The first thing I would do is read as much as possible and network too.

Recently read/heard a lot about Philadelphia real estate, and interested in Fishtown or West Philly closer to schools specifically.  

I’ve been listening to the BP podcast and BP Money podcast for months and reading many of the books recommended on the show.

I look forward to participating in discussions and becoming more involved in the community side of things rather than just reading and listening to the podcasts.

Hi guys , I found a good deal in Reading PA5 units multi family with a 12% cap rate after loan, I'm sure there is have something bad if the seller offer this kind.Whst you guys thinking about the area?

These are tough and somewhat scary decisions, and right now I’m taking my time and reading and looking for the right opportunity.
