I was contacted by two different people, one through email and another who called me.

Now interest rates staying flat hasn't helped too much, but we are in the higher season of people moving/finishing school/etc. 6-8 months ago was a bit slower. 

We have not seen the property value decreases so far that some other areas of the country have experienced.

I am sorry most people didn't answer your question on what to charge for services to STR owners.

@David Rutledge I don't doubt it, but it's a town of about 20,000 people, and aside from this thing a number of miles away called the Pro Football Hall of Fame, there really isn't anything that spectacular to draw tourism in the area... it must all be corporate and maybe kids returning to visit their elderly parents? 

I am particularly interested in learning from experienced professionals, participating in local events, and contributing to community projects.I am very much looking forward to meeting and working with you and other members of the community.

We normally have a good 50 to 60 people.
