This is basically the end goal of any real estate investor and the new trend for modern homeowners. 

Better to have a low maintenance, smoothly run park with lower returns than a high maintenance park even though it has higher returns.its not that it cost more to run.. its the risk of systems failures and having to upgrade to modern standards thats the risk 

The house is a "special" case with two huge out buildings one being a massive modernized gambrel style dairy barn and the other is a custom build shop/rv garage and many inspectors to not give a fair value to out buildings so it may not appraise at the agreed upon price.

I have one lady now we're evicting for possession and she's staying there past her lease, I know she's not reasonable (downright crazy TBH)-- Cash for keys wasn't an option, she's got mental issues and honestly I'm happy to have it file it on her record to warn future landlords!

I'm currently renting a 3/2/2 in Carrollton from an older lady who is, lets just say on her way out.
