I have a question about someone becoming my mentor in wholesaling.

Just meant went through those, but after working with mentor and going through forums on here I'm pumped and ready to go!

There is a huge learning curve when it comes to wholesaling so if you do commit to doing it you should approach it as a five-year learning curve (like any trade or profession) you will need to find a mentor who knows how to flip houses, evaluate renovation costs, evaluate after renovation value, evaluate as is value, find financing, negotiate with agents and resellers etc.  

Right now I'm looking for mentor to show me the ropes and hold myself accountable.

I wish I had a mentor but this site has helped me alot.

If I were starting all over again, I'd follow the advice of what my mentor has told me over the years.

How do i approach someone to mentor me when I don't have much to offer them.

I'm looking for a mentor.

Now I feel it is time to start diving into the investing world and I am really serious about it.I realize there are so many ways and routes people take to get started, but I really believe the best thing for me to do is FIND A MENTOR.
