The pergo is a good brand . most of the steps if they are stain grade you can stain them to match the flooring if not get the same material and the nosing and install it to match.

I have actually partnered up with a good friend of mine who worked construction for 12 years so I'm just having him evaluate rehab cost.If you don't know any contractors what you can do is go to your local Home Depot and take notes on prices of raw materials.

The rules are simple, you might spend 20% more on materials to get the incentive, say a few dollars more for a gas tankless water heater - a $900 rebate, or a few dollars more to get to a certain standard, $450 rebate.

I first became intrested in it after reading books like "Think and grow Rich","Laws Of Success" (By Napolean Hill )  the Magic of Thinking Big and other self help material ( Earl Nighting Gale etc, )  I began to understand by having a positive mental attitude, you could accomplish anything.

The micro market got soft there was a bunch of rental homes owned by the last builder who had to hold in 09... and this spring they put them on the market causing downward pricing.. along with subs and materials creep up led to a break even scenario..
