The big national ones aren’t going to provide the level of service you need to be successful in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

I fondly remember the ease with which I sourced roommates/tenants from Aug - Nov 2019 using FB Marketplace, Craigslist, Roomster, RoomieMatch.com, and a few smaller platforms.

That is, if your loan officer was good enough to detect it.

The Long Beach Police Department does have a detective "working" on our case but she has had it for over 6 months and just now is talking about doing something.  

I found them all on fb marketplace.

The MLS is merely a real estate marketplace.... don't make it more than that.

Haven’t had anyone who meets all my criteria and is ready to move in on a sooner timeline as well.Wanting to get this unit rented out on or before the beginning of March and am wondering if I should drop the price or not.Any tips on what the best way is to drop the rental price on a listing on FB Marketplace, Rentler, etc.?

If you have control of the deal (via contract) I'd recommend putting it on BP Marketplace and of course local FB groups. 

Of course, if you do opt to use the Mashvisor Property Marketplace to find off market properties, each listing will come with real estate comps.

We've already seen some cities create extra taxes for Uber to protect the established market place.
